By applying to and participating in the Musotic Ambassador Program (“Program”), you (“Ambassador”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals at least 18 years of age.
• Ambassadors must have an active Musotic account in good standing.
• Acceptance into the Program is at Musotic’s sole discretion.

2. Definitions

• “Ambassador Flyer” means the unique, Musotic-provided flyer (digital or printed) containing a QR code. Flyers must be distributed in person only.
• “Qualified Referral” means a new Musotic user who (i) signs up by scanning or using the QR code on the Ambassador Flyer, and (ii) posts at least one review of a song or album in the app.
• “Fraudulent Activity” includes, without limitation: self-referrals, duplicate sign-ups, use of bots or fake accounts, distributing flyers digitally, or any attempt to manipulate referral counts.
• “Marketing Materials” means flyers, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Musotic.
• “Payout Amount” means the compensation earned per Qualified Referral, as defined below.

3. Program Overview

• Ambassadors will be provided with an Ambassador Flyer for physical distribution.
• Ambassadors will receive $2 USD per Qualified Referral.
• There are no base fees, salaries, or guaranteed payments. Earnings are solely based on Qualified Referrals.
